Portata! started the way most good things start — with someone who wouldn't shut up about the thing they loved. Years of chasing bottles that Action Bronson opened on camera, tracking down producers from episodes of F*ck That's Delicious, and slowly building a palate calibrated to volcanic terroir, zero-intervention winemaking, and the kind of juice that makes you stop mid-conversation.

By day, I run enterprise sales for a publicly traded healthcare AI company - the same discipline that closes seven-figure deals now builds wine programs for restaurants that care.

Portata is what happens when someone who spent a decade in corporate boardrooms decides to apply that energy to the things that actually matter: what you drink, what you eat, what you listen to, and who introduced you to all of it.
